We are committed to providing high-quality new and refurbished IT equipment that is delivered to you in excellent condition. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.

To apply for a refund/return, please follow the steps below:

After-sale method


Send an email to obtain a “ Returns and Refunds Authorization ” to get started


After approval return items with an RMA form.


E-Energy with inspect the items once received.

Refunds will be processed according to request.

All returns must be accompanied by an E-ENERGY approved RMA. Once you contact us regarding the issue, we will respond to you within the same business day of receiving the inquiry. The best way to return the product is to call +1(216)606-8488 directly or contact our returns team via email at

* Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges for items that are beyond the warranty period.


To apply for a refund or exchange, a return request should be submitted within 30 days after the delivery date. Products that meet the repair conditions can only enjoy repair services if a repair request is made within the warranty period.


In case of force majeure, E-ENERGY does not guarantee a full refund, but we will do our best to compensate for your loss


For products classified as "electrostatic sensitive," appropriate preventive measures must be taken. ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened unless under controlled conditions.
